*Final sale items are not eligible for return, this includes any items where the discount is 30% or higher, or the product is marked as final sale. Please shop mindfully.

 

We accept returns within 14 days of shipment for store credit.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

 

Sale items and accessories are final sale and are not applicable for return.

 

Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.

 

Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging (incl. bag/cushion cover). We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.

 

Returns are processed once per week on Wednesdays.

If you are located in EU, UK, NZ or AUS - please submit your return using our online portal here.

 

If you are located in the US or somewhere else - please email chat@arthurapparel.com with your order number, garment/s you wish to return and the reason for return.
