RETURN POLICY

  

POLICY

 

We accept returns within 14 days of shipment for store credit

 

Due to logistics and warehousing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

 

Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.

 

Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging (incl. bag/cushion cover). We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.

 

Returns are processed once per week on a Thursday.

 

*Final sale items, accessories and altered items are not eligible for return, this includes any items where the discount is 30% or higher, or the product is marked as final sale. Please shop mindfully.
