Shipping limitations When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

*Final sale items are not eligible for return, this includes any items where the discount is 30% or higher, or the product is marked as final sale. Please shop mindfully.
We accept returns within 14 days of shipment for store credit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Sale items and accessories are final sale and are not applicable for return.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.
Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging (incl. bag/cushion cover). We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.
Returns are processed once per week on Wednesdays.
Please ensure you have met the criteria above before submitting your return.

SHIPPING
We ship all orders from Bali, Indonesia by DHL Express.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Unfortunately DHL is still experiencing delays due to the global pandemic. For delivery, please allow approximately 3-6 business days for metro areas and up to 5-10 business days for all other areas.

Any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, DHL will contact you for payment.
PO boxes DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an a residential or business address. All packages require signature on delivery. DHL will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm you will be present to sign. If you waive your right to sign, please ensure that there is a safe place for your package to be left. Arthur Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Pre-order If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.

Your Job:
Overseeing daily business operations
Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure company vision is executed appropriately
Analyze, evaluate and improve current business practices to optimize efficiency
Analyze current financial performance and develop and implement action plan for growth
Create and maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Generating sales reports and implementing KPI’s
Implementing seasonal collection timelines and ensuring all components are completed according to schedule (e.g. wholesale sell, purchasing, deliveries, wholesale dispatch and online launches)
Liaising with wholesale sales agents and coordinating seasonal sells
Track range progress on a daily basis ensuring SMS and all digital assets are on target for timely delivery
Collection, organisation and reporting of wholesale orders
Purchasing seasonal collections (wholesale and online) to meet KPI’s
Working closely with production manager to ensure all production issues are resolved in a timely manner and do not effect on-time delivery
Coordinating shipments and organisation of corresponding documentation.
Optimizing cost efficiency of shipments to wholesale accounts and third party warehousing
Evaluating performance and productivity of staff and ensuring professional development by conducting regular performance reviews
Conduct recruitment and training of new employees
Prepare regular reports for upper management

Experience & Skill Set:
