We ship all orders from Bali, Indonesia by DHL Express.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Unfortunately DHL is still experiencing delays due to the global pandemic. For delivery, please allow approximately 3-6 business days for metro areas and up to 5-10 business days for all other areas.
Australia & New Zealand - $15 AUD or free for orders over $200 AUD
U.S - $15 AUD or free for orders over $200 AUD
Indonesia - Free Shipping
Canada - $15 USD
EU & UK - $15 EUR
Any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, DHL will contact you for payment.
DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an a residential or business address. All packages require signature on delivery. DHL will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm you will be present to sign. If you waive your right to sign, please ensure that there is a safe place for your package to be left. Arthur Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
